Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
By completing a purchase at Mandna, you agree to the terms below. We aim to keep your experience fuss-free, clear and transparent.
1. Returns & Exchanges — Strict Policy
- No refunds or returns: All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Mandna does not accept returns.
- Exchange eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or size issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Sale items: All discounted or sale purchases are final sale and are non-exchangeable.
- Exclusions: Exchanges are not accepted for minor colour variations of approximately 10–12%, transit-related minor issues such as pulled tassels, or personal style preferences.
- One exchange per order: An approved exchange can be processed only once per order.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact Mandna promptly so the issue can be reviewed and handled in line with this policy.
2. Exchange Fee
A fee of ₹300 applies for pickup of the original item and delivery of the replacement item.
3. Item Condition & Exchange Process
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, properly folded and have all original tags intact.
- Reverse pickup: Once an exchange is approved, reverse pickup is arranged within approximately 48–72 hours.
- Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong garment, call us immediately at +91 73573 31416 so our team can assist you.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. For after-hours requests or requests made on Sundays, email info.mandna@gmail.com with your order number.
Mandna reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of stock errors or fraud alerts. If we make a material change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact you using the email address, phone number or other order details provided at checkout.
