This website is operated by Mandna. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mandna. Mandna offers this website, including the information, tools, products and services available from it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms, conditions, policies and notices.

By visiting the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including additional policies referenced here or made available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables Mandna to offer products and services online.

1. Online Store Terms & Account Access

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependants to use the Site where legally permitted.

You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you may not violate any applicable laws, including copyright laws, while using the Service. You must not transmit worms, viruses or destructive code. A material breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

Where an account is used, you are responsible for providing accurate, current information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials and activity.

You understand that content you submit, other than payment-card information, may be transferred over networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment-card information is handled through encrypted payment systems used by our commerce and payment providers.

We will not be liable solely because of a modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Products & Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are governed only by our Refund Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and images accurately, but appearance can vary by screen, device and settings. Product descriptions, availability and pricing may be changed at our discretion. We may limit sales or quantities by person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction and may discontinue products where appropriate.

6. Orders, Billing & Account Information

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Mandna may accept, decline, limit or cancel an order in accordance with these Terms and applicable law, including where there are stock errors, suspected fraud or order-information issues. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details supplied with the order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing and account information and to update information as necessary so transactions can be completed and we can contact you when required.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests are subject to the time limits and conditions in our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Collection-specific delivery estimates, domestic and international shipping terms, tracking and support information are set out in our Shipping & Support Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our reasonable control. International customers remain responsible for customs duties and taxes as described in the Shipping & Support Policy.

8. Optional Tools & New Features

We may provide access to tools offered by third parties that we do not control or monitor. Such tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or endorsement to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and is also subject to the provider’s terms.

New features, tools or resources added to the Service will also be subject to these Terms.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Mandna is powered by Shopify, but sales made through our store are between you and Mandna. Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to make the Services available and may process information in connection with that role. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not the seller of Mandna products and is not responsible for Mandna’s product fulfilment, exchanges, cancellations or customer-service decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

Mandna’s names, logos, text, graphics, designs, product designs and other original Site content are owned by Mandna or used by Mandna as applicable and are protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit protected Mandna material without prior written consent.

12. User Comments, Feedback & Other Submissions

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, proposals, plans or other feedback, you agree that Mandna may use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use that feedback for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for the content and accuracy of submissions you make. Your submissions must not violate third-party rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, malware, false identity information or misleading content. We may monitor, edit or remove content that we determine violates these Terms or applicable law.

Submission and processing of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, certain information is also processed by Shopify to provide and secure the ecommerce Services.

14. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

From time to time, information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information, including after an order is submitted, subject to applicable law.

In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you may not use the Site or its content for unlawful or malicious purposes; to violate laws or third-party rights; to harass, abuse, defame, discriminate against or harm others; to transmit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect personal information unlawfully; to spam, phish, scrape or interfere with the Service; or to bypass security or authorisation measures.

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the unenforceable portion will be treated as severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

19. Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination where applicable. You may stop using the Services at any time. If we reasonably determine that you have materially failed to comply with these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access to the Services, subject to applicable law, while amounts already due remain payable.

20. Waiver & Entire Agreement

Failure by Mandna to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with policies or operating rules posted on the Site, form the agreement governing use of the Service and supersede prior versions or communications concerning that subject matter.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby Mandna provides Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
