1. Shipping Timelines

Standard Collection

Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days.

Luxe Collection

Due to intricate craftsmanship and premium materials, Luxe pieces are shipped within 20–25 days from the date of purchase.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public disruptions or other events outside Mandna’s reasonable control may affect the final delivery date.

2. Domestic Shipping — India

Mandna offers free shipping within India on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

3. International Shipping

International shipping fees are calculated by weight at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
  • If delivery is refused or applicable duties remain unpaid, refunds will not be issued.

4. Tracking

A unique tracking ID will be provided by email and/or SMS once your order is confirmed and tracking information becomes available.
